idk if it's a steam requirement or something, but having the whole "about this game" be in English while nothing else is feels like they're taunting us
fan mods that do language translations is a thing, maybe someone will work on one.
I will play it anyway and hope to pick things up contextually with my rudimentary knowledge of Chinese.
