I have that bed for my little pup and he freaking loves it. Anytime I wash it he just sits in the spot where it’s supposed to be and stares at me.

That's adorable! My girl flops down wherever when she wants to rest. Sometimes I question if she has bones because she is so floppy when she lays down.
Person at work got one of these but the dog is way smaller than the bed and when on it he looks like a huge hedge hog.

I don't think it is necessary to name or train a bed. I don't think it is possible for a bed to learn anything.
