Hey congress, he's explicitly stating his intent to fight a war without your declaration against a county that would be within their rights to kill a bunch of us in response without your declaration. You have the ability to make him not do that. Not doing that makes you complicit in his war crimes and liable for Americans who die because of it.

I am sure various congresspeople will write some stern letters. We might get an opt-ed in a major main stream paper!! They will be very concerned. Not enough to do anything but the concern will be there.

Also the last time I checked, his base isn't quite hot on sending more money or getting involved militarily in Ukraine. He'd get popular with Democrats. But they won't thank him for it at the voting booth. 😅
