Soulslike - Discussion, News, Memes

This is a community for discussion, news, and memes pertaining to the video game sub-genre "soulslike".

Given Lemmy's size, the definition of soulslike may be treated relatively loosely. While games like the numerous FromSoft titles, the recent Star Wars Jedi games, Lies of P, Nioh and similar games should be the focus, games that incorporate soulslike elements - like Hollow Knight and Blasphemous, for example - may also be discussed here.

Basic Lemmy-quette applies. Additionally, since flairs don't exist yet, please do make sure to include a marker to denote what game your post is about in square brackets for clarity's sake. An example could be:

[BB] This enemy is so difficult!

or

[DS1] Anyone struggling with the gargoyles?

But the best she can say is "Tarnished, I understand not your obsession with mine doll body and jars. This doll may appear frail, but I do not need to be kept safe in a jar. I said no! Do NOT put my doll body in that jar tarnished! What madness has taken you? No! Glug glug glug glug"

I think it's worth the risk.

That's hardly fair; in all those recipe books, there's not a single guide to crafting breath mints.

Does she instantly kill you if you try to attack her or what's the context exactly?

If you try and roofie her with Seluvis Potion and then talk to her, she gets fed up with you and instantly kills you.

This the evil end point of Seluvis questline. You can undo the damage on Ranni's questline by using a Celestial Dew. I personally never done this questline to its evil end, since I find it pretty disgusting from a role playing perspective.
