Is that what I think that means? Like, "I'm going to attack you and see if you retaliate or not and it you do I'm using that as the excuse to resume this war.

They are demons.
We know the world is owned by evil and just circle jerk their marketed entertainment news. No genuine human should be supporting any nation that supports the foundation of these other evils.
When will a global civil war start? We know it's bigger than our nations and our nations are tools for them to use... We can't live for them anymore. ...but we funded and made them giants that own humanity... And there's no way to get humanity back anymore... We shouldn't be relying on these nations for humanity. Humanity should be relying on humanity for humanity not outsourcing the work to other people or entities.
People need to understand if they are participating in these nations funding these wars then that means they are making and manifesting these war.
The civil world war won't be a fight for our nations and if it is we know the majority of humanity is composed of something absent of love and respect for the human species. And that the elements of sin fuels the species allowing them to feel an ego so great they assume the false positions power over the universe at the cost of innocence, freedom, and creation.
