What does bigballs think of all this /s

[–] peopleproblems@lemmy.world 56 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Wait they thought they could do evil shit and use the "just following orders" excuse?

[–] echodot@feddit.uk 14 points 3 days ago* (last edited 3 days ago)

They're just classic brown shirts. They literally didn't think that anyone would come after them.

[–] Jiggle_Physics@piefed.zip 8 points 3 days ago

I am not sure they can't. I will have to see them actually have real consequences before I believe they can't just do evil shit under the guise of "just following orders".

[–] phoenixarise@lemmy.world 12 points 3 days ago

Hahaha I hope the legal fees bankrupt and ruin them. Fuck you, Big Balls.

SO they KNEW they were committing CRIMES while they were doing them? This makes them THUGS! Prison for traitors to the American people.

[–] zd9@lemmy.world 62 points 4 days ago

Fuck em all. I sincerely hope at least the worst like 15 of them end up in prison. Musk would be nice too, but we all know that's not going to happen.

You beat all the rest of us to it.

Weird. Do they think they did something illegal?

Edit: I think they did, but that is just me. A person not breaking the law.

Me sowing: Haha fuck yeah!!! Yes!!

Me reaping: Well this fucking sucks. What the fuck.

[–] Tar_alcaran@sh.itjust.works 18 points 4 days ago

If it isn't the consequences of their own actions

[–] ramenshaman@lemmy.world 27 points 4 days ago

They deserve to be afraid for the rest of their lives.

[–] Furbag@lemmy.world 15 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Current and former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) staffers are growing increasingly concerned that the work they did slashing government programs and eliminating jobs will come back to haunt them with the possibility of criminal prosecutions.

God I sure fucking hope so. Big balls getting his ass beat is not a real punishment. They should all be made to do years worth of community service. The kind of community service that would force them to interact with the people whose lives they destroyed and make them active participants in fixing things.

The data theft and possible espionage seems like an even bigger liability for them. They know they did illegal shit, and those star link antennas were there for that reason.

[–] njm1314@lemmy.world 30 points 4 days ago

They should. We are gonna get you.

[–] SaharaMaleikuhm@feddit.org 15 points 3 days ago

Poor little fascist fucks

[–] demizerone@lemmy.world 19 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Big balls may want to change his name before going to prison.

Here's 'totally regular balls, nothing to see here" now.

[–] rayyy@piefed.social 13 points 3 days ago

Next up ICE "employees".

[–] DaddleDew@lemmy.world 20 points 4 days ago

Should have thought of that before they did everything they did.

Big Beautiful Bill’s Balls.

[–] devolution@lemmy.world 11 points 4 days ago

Big Balls indeed. Womp womp.

[–] Fedizen@lemmy.world 8 points 3 days ago

Death cults are a helluva drug. They should have just got some tattoos instead of playing around with people's lives.

[–] Davel23@fedia.io 8 points 4 days ago

Yeah, they should.

[–] FauxPseudo@lemmy.world 6 points 4 days ago

What an unfortunate thing to happen on dozen eggs night.

[–] edgemaster72@lemmy.world 5 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Wasn't there a mandated limit to how much time he could serve in that role? Not to say he wouldn't have abandoned them, but he was moreso forced out is my understanding. Not that this administration has an issue bending the rules when it feels like (read: completely ignoring them)

[–] IHeartBadCode@fedia.io 6 points 4 days ago (1 children)

For the purpose of sections 203, 205, 207, 208, and 209 of this title the term “special Government employee” shall mean an officer or employee of the executive or legislative branch of the United States Government, of any independent agency of the United States or of the District of Columbia, who is retained, designated, appointed, or employed to perform, with or without compensation, for not to exceed one hundred and thirty days during any period of three hundred and sixty-five consecutive days

— 18 USC § 202(a)

Highlight is mine, but yes. There's a limit of 130 days.

[–] P00ptart@lemmy.world 1 points 3 days ago (1 children)
[–] whyNotSquirrel@sh.itjust.works 3 points 3 days ago (1 children)

130 days max in 365 days

I think you mixed the two numbers

[–] P00ptart@lemmy.world 2 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Derp! Lol that's exactly what I did. Is late onset dyslexia a thing?

[–] IHeartBadCode@fedia.io 2 points 3 days ago

Don't worry I do the same thing a lot.
