I think members of the US branch of Palestine Action stuck in prison are also going on hunger strike.
In the time since Al-Aqsa Flood, Palestine Action was really the only org worth a damn that came out of the West and now they are paying a heavy price.

Okay, I read through her substack and I got things mixed up. You are right. The actual members of Palestine Action US got off while various political prisoners stuck in US prisons because of their Palestinian activism are going on a hunger strike in solidarity.
I cannot go to the UK anymore. Maybe there's some action in front of the ambassy?
If there isn't, organise a demo outside your local British embassy.
