(Dragon trees)

This is a tree that apparently only grows on this one island and the UAE are cutting them down and putting the tree in danger of extinction.

EDIT: Looking them up, dragon trees do apparently grow in other locations as well, so extinction would be a strong word, but it's certainly currently considered endangered.
