Kiwi fruit π₯ - nature's scrubbing brush. One per day is all you need.
eating the rind of watermelon.
Beer. Thereβs something about it that seems to lube my intestines and makes everything else come out smoother.
Dates. Very tasty, with lots of fiber. Also, kombucha. Not technically a food, but still tasty and has bacteria that's good for your gut.
Taco Bell.
Pizza hut. Literally a cure for constipation. That shit is good though.
Kiwis and bananas.
Huel (and sufficient water throughout the day, in addition to the water in the shake).
I can definitely tell when I haven't had it for a few days.
Lead lined Intestine. Be safe out there.
Explain please?
They might be referring to this : https://www.consumerreports.org/lead/protein-powders-and-shakes-contain-high-levels-of-lead-a4206364640/
A specific Huel powder is listed.
Thank you, and yes. This is the link I was just about to post until I saw you had already did! I listen to a podcast that used to have huel as a sponsor and they dropped them and explained why. Sorry I was cryptic, I thought it was common knowledge now.
I had coincidentally read that article a day or two before that comment, so it was still fresh to me. I had absolutely no clue before reading that article that Huel was found to have high levels of lead though! I actually used to buy Huel (just not that specific one in the article) and didn't really like it compared to just normal protein powder that is much more affordable, but overall it did make me realize I need to be more careful regarding supplements ingredients/manufacturing processes for non-essential food.
I am really glad that you have considered the reporting in your decisions. That is all we can do. I definitely have a few drinks here and there even though there is mountains of evidence of carcinogen damage to my body. I really like your response. Thanks for being a real human.
Coffee for sure.
Meat. Just meat. Went on a carnivore diet for 3 months and my shits were bliss.
I am geniuenly curious how carnivore diet doesn't give people gout disease.
The majority of gout is based on fructose consumption, not purines. Uric acid by itself is actually an anti-inflammatory in the body, it is only when the body is dysfunctional through metabolic problems, specifically high fructose levels, that one of the hallmarks of gout is high uric acid, that's not normal. The amount of uric acid the body can produce on its own is much higher than the amount that can be consumed, avoiding purine rich foods when you're having a gout attack helps a little bit, but it is not the cause, and it is not the solution, it's just symptom management
So a zero carbohydrate diet, carnivore, avoids all of the issues with metabolic dysfunction, avoids, fructose, avoids glycation end products in joints.. it is not the environment that gout exists in. People with gout who use carnivore to treat the gout often report marked improvements rapidly.
Update: I should add gout is also causally linked to alcohol. alcohol and fructose have very similar metabolism pathways in the liver.
There are purines in all kinds of food, not just meat.
It might. It's not that great long term if you don't supplement.
Yucca fries
A breakfast burrito and a nice glass of Kratom has me shitting my brains out.
Chicory. Be careful. It's pretty potent.
Poke bowls or sushi.
Tomatoes, in any form.
I like grinding chia seeds and soaking them overnight in milk (it takes a while to mix) - then put it in the morning cereal.
Coffee, kiwi and hamp seeds.
A quart of water, about five to ten minutes before the desired event.
Removing my entire large intestine. Then everything shoots right thru.
gra ta ta!
