I just sold all my stuff on csfloat. There's like a 5% or lower fee depending on how much you sell, but I felt like the experience was very smooth

I looked up a few options and Skinport looks ok? Depending on the quality level you're looking at 7k for factory new to 1k for the worst ones. Quality level really matters.

Most recent sale was Oct 16th though so it's hard to say what value it holds after these changes. Also to be fair they were selling at 3k just 2 months earlier, so even if the update has halved the value from the 7k price you've only gone back to what it was 2 months earlier.
