I can't actually tell who you're talking about. The most frequent poster in the last 24 hours that I can see is sherikaz, who has a whopping 6 posts in that period and still doesn't monopolize posting. It's possible that I or my instance have blocked the one you're talking about, though.
Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

im sorta curious as cm002 does this thing were he reposts stuff from .ml instances to .world because he has a bug up his but about .ml. He seems like a bot and has a bunch of alts but I finally talked to him and he just behaves like a bot but appears human.
They're just weird in general
Could be on the spectrum
That could be a solid two thirds of frequent lemmy posters.
Way more than that. I just assumed we’re all on it pretty hard on here
Probably closer to 90%. There's probably only a few diversity hires in the frequent posting club
It's both. He wrote about it in /c/MeanwhileOnGrad where fascists make fun of tankies. Now I am waiting on him to stop spreading disinformation, if not, I’ll be forced to correct him.
They think it's their duty on the fediverse to manually take things off ml because of reasons.
Also don't see the irony of calling everyone and everything on ml tankie propaganda then taking that stuff off it and spreading it around.
Honestly only surprised they finally moved off world
Im not sure I would call it misinformation but its a good example of why im not a meme fan especially in political discourse as its about the farthest thing from nuanced you can get.
Memes are modern day canvassing. It elected the dumbest nonce convict alive. Tis why I can't really forgive someone 24hours after they were asked to stop spreading falsehoods.
✨ “Hey there! Totally hear you on that — bot spam can definitely be frustrating 😅 We’re actively exploring smarter, more adaptive moderation tools to keep things feeling safe, genuine, and human. 💙 Thanks so much for your patience (and for caring enough to say something!) — feedback like yours helps us build a better experience for everyone. 🙏💫”
Doesn't Lemmy do that on purpose so it's not a content-desert.
Reddit, and the internet has always had bots, spiders, web crawlers, automated aggregation services. I haven't seen any GPT style bots around.
As long as the cartoons are human made and it's not a modern style LLM/"AI" style bot that says things.
Adding to this (having just looked), all the posts I see have tags/credits around the panels so you can goto their online presence tumblrs/websites and see they're by humans.
