How much of a nerd am I that my first thought is the neighbour better be really fucking precise if they want to blacken only the sky over your patio and not their yard.
Instead of real black wax seal colored hot glue works. Getting the sealing stamp of right ominous figure remains tricky part though, I still want to send out letters that way
