I'd suggest moving the coast guard and national guard, DHS, FBI to department of defense. Department of War/Offense that includes CIA/State department/NSA/Mind control propaganda is good. The $1T+ budget of department of offense represents $10k/year per tax filing household, and it becomes an obvious, even in "I like money" idiocracy state, that people could vote for a $10k annual dividend instead of paying for the department of offense.

It was already extreme BS to call US empire funding "defense".
