I don't think the US or Kyiv have any say in the matter. The people of the Donbas wanted to secede and they won't accept reannexation.

Don’t use RT. There are tons of other sources reporting the same story.

Using RT for Ukrainian news is like using NYT or WSJ or BBC for Gaza coverage.

“Yes, one or two people may have been harmed”

But like every other highly biased source, it has it’s strengths
