Honestly would be surprised if he goes to the Heat. They really don't have a great package for Portland.

Lowry, Jovic, 5 first round picks with Herro and Nurkic going to San Antonio is pretty good for all sides. Lowry is an expiring contract that the Trailblazers can either keep as a mentor for Scoot or trade to a desperate contender at the trade deadline. Jovic is a fucking stud and will be great one day. Offensively could fit very well next to Scoot.
