I mean there are anti industrialisation themes in lotr's. Which is fine because it's mostly critiques of the horrific environmental damage caused (before it was cool to might I add). Personally I think I'm less fond of Tolkien's depiction of a pre industrial utopia but I also didn't see industrial mechinations literally burn and trample green fields, towns and people in Europe... Twice.
