So David Zaslov made a play to use that his company, Discovery, inc. Would buy Warner Bros. Now he is taking all of the profitable parts of both businesses for himself and calling it Warner Bros, and dropping the unprofitable parts onto someone else and calling it Discovery. He comes out looking like a business genius, and someone else is stuck with the flaming wreckage. We live in such a cool system that allows for this.

Here's a list of tons of leftist movies.
reminds me of AOL Time Warner.
anyway, probably some IP swap or production contractual consolidation? or maybe this is the classic, moderated pump and dump where a merger spikes prices of one of the merging entities, and then all the shit assets are spun off years later into the crap entity.
my appreciation for the arts makes me think all the discovery channel reality series IP is worthless while the stories, writers, and characters under license are valuable, but I think reality slop is more profitable and nearly always 10xs.
The reality slop is super cheap to produce and there's plenty of overworked or uncritical people who'll just maineline it lol
its brover
god I really just need to the whole cartoon network catalogue
