Some where, I think in the comments of ADHDmemes, there was a link to a site that walked you through a series of questions to more or less troubleshoot yourself. It said in the beginning to set aside an hour or so to go through it. It asked questions based on basic needs at first (hydrate, hunger, hygiene, habitat, etc.) And take care of those issues. Not sure what the rest are as I fell asleep to it. Trying to find it again but having difficulty. It was a simple looking, straightforward site that had the questions in black text and the answers in blue text.

Any help?
