He's got until the end of the year to host some sort of convention before we can definitively say its just another ketamine dream of his. Forming a new national party does take a long time. Watch how long it'll take Corbyn to compare. But smart money is still on the ketamine.

For real what I heard on National Anti-Proletariat Radio was that his plan is to massively fund certain house campaigns to get a “voting block” in congress to help pass, idk, legislation that is somehow even more business friendly. Of course NPR treated this as a real and not joke thing.
