states that the constitution of the US prohibits public agents- including school teachers- to lead public prayers as a function of their job: all of them.

if the school teacher wants to go off on their own and pray before class... that's their business. but leading their class in prayer is a massive violation of the separation of church and state, and violates the civil liberties of everyone in that class.

and Christians, before you get up in arms about this... take a beat, and ask yourself how you would feel if a Muslim teacher led your children through an Islamic prayer. and no. allowing students to step out isn't a fair solution.

Make them required in Congress, the White House, corporate board rooms, investment meetings, etc, first.
