Jesus Christ. I've long suspected that US exceptionalism during WW2 was a direct result of lingering propaganda. I never learned about this in school.
The Taft-Hartley Act prohibits unions from engaging in "unfair labor practices."
I don't need to read the article to know that this act protected the capital class from paying decent wages and making work safe.
