I think it means underrated in the sense that it wasn't watched by a lot of people.
That's not what the word means though.
I didn't write the article. Just noting what I suspect they're getting at.
I understand that. You said "I think it means" and it is not at all what it means. It's probably what they want to say by using these words, but isn't what they (the words) mean. It probably is where they (the authors) mean. And that also isn't what you said either, hence my comment.
That's what the author means and what the majority of the population means when they say it, you're being pedantic lol.
Or the author used the wrong word.
Obscure? Lesser known? Under viewed?
I didn't know about this and it seems interesting with good reviews so well give it a watch.
I thought it was fantastic from start to finish.
Saw first season, it was wicked awesome
I remember there was a reasonable amount of hype for this when it came out. I really enjoyed the first few episodes but it seemed to get silly with the drama after a bit with stuff like "omg, this character cheated on someone", "this character suddenly has a terminal illness" etc.
I need to get this into my watch list. I’ve been meaning to check it out but always forget about it.
It is very good, I've been thinking of doing a rewatch, 10/10 recommendation for sure
Love this show. Performances are great, characters are interesting, especially Mackenzie Davis and Lee Pace. The setting and music choices are on point, the story and the subject matter, it feels like it captured the mood of the time and the excitement and optimism around computing in its earlier days. I have watched it twice and would do again.

One of Lee Pace's more charismatic roles, which is saying something because he's magnetic in almost everything.
