What's normal if under is 10 out of 10?
I think it means underrated in the sense that it wasn't watched by a lot of people.
That's not what the word means though.
I didn't write the article. Just noting what I suspect they're getting at.
I understand that. You said "I think it means" and it is not at all what it means. It's probably what they want to say by using these words, but isn't what they (the words) mean. It probably is where they (the authors) mean. And that also isn't what you said either, hence my comment.
That's what the author means and what the majority of the population means when they say it, you're being pedantic lol.
Obscure? Lesser known? Under viewed?
