In the scene, Khan "traps" Kirk and co. (including his erstwhile son) in a space where they will soon die, which is a fate worse than only Kirk dying.
For a few years now I've been getting some that hurt, get really thick and can't be popped. I have to wait for them to go away on their own. Until then: pain.
The big ones that are deeper under the skin than regular white-heads. I try popping them but only end up scraping off the top layer of skin
My stupid shampoo brand reformulated and started putting wheat and corn protein in the mix, neither of which I can tolerate in my diet. I had painful zits all over my scalp and one particularly painful one in my ear.
I didn’t realize I have to read the ingredients for my fucking soap now too.

The absolute worst place is in the crease between your nose and face. Can't even pop those fuckers because of the odd location.
I had one inside my nose once. The fucker hurt so bad and I could do nothing but wait it out.
