Yeah, sad to see this one go, and agree, at least they are not pulling an Amazon/Netflix cancel style.
For those just reading the headline or unaware of how many seasons the show has,
Paramount+ orders a final season of the series ahead of its third season premiere.
So we get season 3 next month, 10 episodes. THEN we get season 4, also 10 episodes. THEN we get season 5, the reduced 6 episodes.
So basically the writers get a lot of heads up and the chance to really deliver a high quality story.
Media is in a death spiral.
It's only been two seasons and they know they're cancelling after season FIVE? Which means there's more episodes to come than already aired! I can't wait!
Season 5 will be married with children style with spok and the lady doctor.
