Lil bro just randomly crawled out from under my legs when I was on the toilet at work and paused just long enough for me to get some good pics before he kept going on with his day.

Wolf spider. They don't make webs, they instead hunt their prey. They also carry their babies on their backs. Which is hella creepy but also pretty cool. Mostly harmless to you if you aren't antagonizing it. But thats true for spiders in general.

Google lense suggests it's a grey house spider. Other images for that are hit and miss.
