It would be a shame if people were to start spamming the form with the CEO of United Healthcare
i genuinely think it would be kind of a shame for people to do that when they could be spamming it with the names of racist, transphobic, sexist etc doctors who are still alive and who might actually suffer from an investigation.

I was referring to the current CEO of United Healthcare, who is regrettably in fact alive. The company didn't go away after

Never in my life seen a complaint form without a place to indicate the grievance.
