Tacos!

I know it's a day early, but they're easy and tasty.

My dinner tonight

Baked beans, microwave spud, spring onion, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, bacon, chilli flakes, s&p.

Leftover home made pizza from last night, padded out with wombok crunchy noodle salad. A clash of cuisine but still yum.

Fresh pasta spirals from work and leftover bolognaise from yesterday. It's unimaginative but pretty tasty, and it's part of my "teaching the kids cooking and food prep skills so they aren't completely useless as adults" drive.

Think we might just get burritos. One of the less unhealthy options of the lazy takeaway

Some goat cheese walnut cranberry salad affair, and slap some steaks on the spaceship BBQ. Should be a decent feed.

Tempeh, brown basmati and salad.

A very basic meal tonight: steak, asparagus with parmesan and baked potatoes.
