Also surely not accurate for the dog

[–] tiramichu@lemm.ee 46 points 2 months ago (3 children)

Nope. The dog is mislabeled as 'Jam bun' (I.e. a bread with Jam in it)

[–] unexposedhazard@discuss.tchncs.de 8 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Yeah because that dog might be smol but even that little amount of meat should have a lot more kcals.

Not necessarily. Watching a bunch of Alone, you'd be surprised at how few calories small animals have. Pomeranians don't exactly have a lot of meat on their bones.

After many years of Japanese I just found out from this post that there's a counter for small things like seeds/nuts/grapes (tsubu). I thought they used ko.

[–] theUwUhugger@lemmy.world 6 points 2 months ago

It might be meaning a serving size(?)?

OP is basically just a shitpost anyway, but the language doesn't necessarily indicate the origin of the app. Nintendo is a Japanese company but we can still play their games in English.

[–] rickyrigatoni@lemm.ee 14 points 2 months ago

No we can't. All my nintendo games are in ancient sumerian.

I mean, we know the reason they said Chinese isn't because the app was likely made in China. The joke is just racist "Chinese people eat dogs"
