Where does one generate these?
Tutorial on these. It assumes you already have ComfyUI.
You'll need a computer with a decent graphics card to run any of this. (The big requirement is GPU RAM; I have 6 gigabytes and can run most of the stuff with some tweaking.) There are online ways to do it too, but I don't know them.

Try using Dall-e if you can get your hands on it. I'm not sure exactly what you want, but listing all the details and "oil painting by [insert Renaissance artist]" should give you something ok.
Midjourney only does one art style, and it's not oil painting. There's probably a Stable Diffusion model that can do what you want, but I don't know how to find it under the pile of models people made for anime, porn, or anime porn. But Dall-e is pretty good at pile of details + old art style (it'll ignore like half your details, so give it even more of them).
