I think it's better that Guantanamo bay's control goes back to Cuba.
If billionaries and their bootlickers need a place to be confined for work somewhere in Europe might be best.

It’s not strictly necessary to kill them all, but if they’d rather die than work like the rest of us proles, that’s their prerogative. But I think they’d flee and become someone else’s gusano problem.
