Itβs a real pity that this puzzle, more so than any of the other NYT games, seems to rely so frequently on stuff that Americans would know and I most definitely would not π€£
Purple today was achieved by pure elimination.
Yup. I wish someone made a non American version. Whenever they have random food brands only Americans know, I'm lost. Today I also won by elimination, but actually that's almost always the case. A
I think Conlextions and Categories are less likely to be as America-centric as Connections is.

Didn't love purple, but the rest of it was pretty good.
4/5 for how reasonable and accessible the connections were, since purple can easily be gotten as the leftovers.
If it's any consolation, I'm a US citizen and purple was my leftovers today.

Two-letter state abbreviations are standard for the US Postal Service. The abbreviations in the puzzle are a bit archaic. I didn't recognize them, despite Statele and Travle USA being two of my daily games.
The elder took me for a bit of a ride but otherwise an alright game today. Just hope @zagorath@aussie.zone does not get mad I posted this first.

Btw does anyone know how to bypass/dismiss this very annoying overlay? It doesn't have a close button. Sale ends soon for weeks at this point. It wasn't like this before
You can try the element picker in ublock origin. Screenshot looks like Firefox mobile, so you should be able to install ublock
