Did it collapse into anything? Americans always loved this sort of thing. I think there is a reason why modern urban legends and sci-fi conspiracies are so common in American folklore and this is just more of the same.

It appears the suburbanites have assembled a proto hierarchy through the use of a concept called a HOA. It is very clear that these suburbanites have a great deal of labor available to use but they instead spend it on fruitless agricultural called landscaping. It is my recommendation that we put these people to work in useful agriculture such as farming.
