The ozempic has stopped working and I'm creeping back up. May as well be comfortable while I argue with my insurance company.

Don't give up! I've heard it described that it's supposed to help reset you. You'd always have to change your diet, it was only supposed to help the transition.

Only stopped because of the cost. I had to step up my dose and the cost is too much at this stage. The insurance company denied me for ozempic because I'm not diabetic. I'm going to try again with Wegovy since it's meant for weight-loss.

I mean don't stop the larger weight loss journey, even if you stop the drug. You got it brother.

Hey, totally hear you on the cost. My insurance stopped covering it for me so I had to find a different way...did some research and found helixchem.co and they are legit. I found the code MEC10 on a coupon website and it keeps working for 10% off. I've been using the coupon since april...sooo....hope this helps!

Modal or bamboo underwear - soft, stretchy, silky, the solution to everything I hated about cotton underwear. They are usually more expensive than Walmart (or other box store) brands and take more care when washing, but to me are definitely worth it. You can find them for fairly good prices on Amazon if you don't want to splurge on name brands, but you have to do the research and check the reviews. You can get them in boxers, briefs, and thongs for men and even more styles for women.

Bamboo viscose is a very soft and breathable textile. There are many types of viscose fabric and from what I have gathered the last few weeks the most eco-friendly and breathable seems to be bamboo viscose and lyocell viscose (usually made from eucalyptus).

There's a lot of uncertainty around the eco-friendliness of the production of bamboo viscose, but from I can gather it's a lot better than most cottons and a lot better than polyester (both for the environment and for our skin).

I could go on forever about the different fabrics, but to keep it short if you want soft and breathable underwear go for either bamboo viscose or lyocell viscose.

Not sure where your are, but there's a brand called Boody here in Australia. They might ship.
