I think every president since Wilson was clean shaved. Not that common anymore for western leaders to have facial hair. If you count LatAm as part of the West, Lula da Silva, Bernando Arevalo and Gabriel Boric have full beards, Nicolas Maduro, Daniel Ortega and Manuel Zelaya (first gentleman, but he was president before) have only mustaches.

I thought it was Garfield but it looks like you're right.

Garfield was the last of a long line of beards. Then we get two without (Chester A. Arthur's mutton chops don't count). And then Harrison brings it back one last time before it disappears forever. That's 131 years since facial hair!
