Thanks for sharing a video to emulate the effect of really bad internet connection. Reminds me of the good times when images take a whole minute to finish loading!
It's mirrored on archive.org, and as we know, they were hacked a few days ago. Not that they were super fast before, but it was manageable.
Currently, only the archive is working, no new material can be added... and, unfortunately, it is working really slow.
If you'd like faster loading, just use the unarchived link, it's in the URL of the archived link, which I also shared.
I think the video is loading fine, it’s just a video of an image loading excruciatingly slowly.
