I have to admit that one of the big unspoken perks of home ownership (at least as a penis owner) is being able to piss in the backyard in an emergency and not worrying about a cop seeing you do it.
You have to worry about cops watching you pee otherwise?
People have gotten on the sex offenders list for peeing in public
"Indecent exposure." They lump you in with people who flash kids in public because you were drunk, had to piss and the bar was closed because it was 2 a.m.
I've often wondered how that ever came to be. My best guess is otherwise people would just use it as an excuse? "No officer, I wasn't in the bushes pleasuring myself I was just going pee"
I'm thinking it's mostly because cops are bastards.

On a street corner or in an alley? Yes. I've known people who got arrested for that.

My house only has a front yard and side yards, all fully visible from the street. I have to piss in my sink until my hedges grow in.

What? They do. A lot of pests and parasites do, cause lol at us. They're among the few types of insects that aren't currently experiencing a massive die-off.

Yeah, it's "poggers" as the kids say these days. I wouldn't mind seeing this thing everyday outside my house. Looks fun and friendly. We need more art to cover up all the gray and stale "gentrification".
Take back what is stolen. The people running the show weren't going to give us affordable homes or even allow us a say in our communities. It's time to stop pretending the assholes sucking us dry deserve any respect and take back our neighborhoods.

The best strategy is to invite minorities to be your neighbors!

Here I'm just doing my part by letting my grass go unmowed.
I’m reminded of an old Saints Row 2 mission where somebody needs to tank property values in an area, and so sends you to spray literal shit everywhere.
Or when in GTA 3 you had to start a gang war or in GTA: Vice City where you started a gang war. All to lower property values.
Now a days, it wouldn't surprise me if they advertise it as "view to authentic anti capitalism art" and charge you 50% more T.T
