ok your missing the point of it tho, i'm sure you've seen people that are over weight? they get this way because they can't control there hunger pains, carnivore diet will leave you feeling full 100% of the time and eating 80-90% less... I hardly believe that people who are eating junkfood and a bunch of carbs (and 100s of pounds overweight) are less at risk than someone eating properly on a carnivore diet.
Hunger pains are real, it's not as easy to control as you'd think. I remember waking up in the middle of the night to have to run to grab a jar of peanut butter i was so starving...it's sad really and it's not for everyone ofc most people don't have that problem.
