my bio dad tries to buy his way back into my life, but unfortunately for my bank account and mental health, I'm only susceptible to his crying his way back into my life

it would be awesome if he sent me cash, but instead he just sends me stupid trinkets and gadgets. everything he gives me goes to the thrift store, which is currently the closest I can get to just handing it out to comrades.
I would prefer to burn it, but that feels wasteful
Yeah, thrift store is way better. Better than just going to the landfill.
