This is a difficult area to build a pier (currents and weather-wise). There's a reason there wasn't one in the first place.
Will this placate anyone? Probably not.
But, it sure will come in handy as time goes on.
The reason is that Israel blockades the whole Gaza Strip.
You know thats nonsense. Israel is going to check every ship now at its source which is more efficient and what the US Coast Guard does.
You didn't play attention to what I wrote.
