My bro recently destroyed his phone with the recovery passphrase for his wallet. Is there away to still get access to his account?
This is the main reason I don't think I'll ever own a significant amount of crypto, you can always brute force a safe.
I would rather use crypto for its main use, as an actual currency. Not as an investment.

Misses the point of crypto I'd say. You lose control of your assets. Keeping multiple backups is the way to go imo.
Go to a repair shop, and see if the SSD can be read at all.
