You know it's funny, I do a job where I calculate values of business related numbers for various timeframes in excel all day and I'm so uncomfortable with this fucking number than when it's like, for example "between 5pm-7:30pm we did 148.8 units of work" I'll be like "hmmm, surely management would actually like to know what was happening from 4:30pm-5pm also. Uh, between 4:30pm-7:30pm we did 167.2 units of work. Yeah much better."
It doesn't happen every day, but like a couple times a year a calculation randomly comes out to this and I can't fuckin abide it
Same when I'm gaming, do a lot of factory games as 1488 is a fairly composite numbers so when I'm counting up inputs and outputs it pops up every now and then. Always do a small redesign. It's too bad 1917 is almost prime so I never see it
