Baltimore also yes. They need to pour some money into the impoverished areas around the harbor, near the aquarium. Maybe spend a billion to get people houses and jobs so I'm not asked to buy handmade woven branch things and flowers every five minutes.

Ah, when it said “Biden Administration” and “quietly funded”, I thought it meant they could skip those assholes that are leaving Ukraine to die because their good-emperor is so far up Putin’s ass that he can see tonsil.
