IMHO, the dead giveaway might be the waist that is incapable of fitting human organs.
That was actually my first point of suspicion!
I can't say it tipped me off but her dress from her waist down looks animated.
Some of that can be done with prosthetics and photoshop, but yes.
Yeah that part made me suspicious as well.
