Is it not incredible how the same people who are talking about how the west is descending into fascism also think that the west has moral superiority over the rest of the world and has the right to impose their values on the global majority.

The whiplash from "were great because democracy and everybody gets to have a real meaningful choice" to "you might not like it but this is democracy so this is the only vote that makes sense, if you do anything else you're wasting your vote and youre also a republican" is pretty overwhelming
