"uphold international law"
There's no requirement for other countries step in to prevent other countries from doing things in international law.
If that was the case, the US would have been required to invade China, India, Most of Africa, and even itself...
Why do people think International law is some sort of policing of other nations?
Doing something about International Law on international waters is a totally different matter than within the the borders of a sovereign nation.
This article wants the UK and US governments to uphold international law in Gaza.
That's what I was pointing out is not a real thing.
