This would have to be the absolute dumbest thing they could do. It would immediately become the single most boneheaded political decision in the history of the Republic.
So, entirely within the realm of possibility
Based on the predictive method of "what would be the funniest possible outcome" this makes sense.
But she has to wear the mustache and glasses and every liberal in the country has to insist that Chillary Hinton is NOT Hillary Clinton, that's just classic Russian disinformatsia. Including all the times the glasses comically fall off her face and she puts them back on upside down.
