I found an article from 2019-08-29 with this same video claiming that the thing is unknown to science, tried to chew off a tourist's foot, and that the incident is hushed by government.

As far as I am concerned everything screams that this is horse~~crab~~shit and the video is fake. There is a small chance that the video is not fake but the article is.
