Layer 8 Issue, ID-10-T error, but that last one is becoming to common to safely use.

It sounds innocuous when used conversationally too so it's less likely to be picked up as derogatory.
A: "Was the user's login problem difficult to fix?"
B: "Nah, that was a PICNIC to troubleshoot."
