Did you know that when trans people go through second puberty, which many do in their 20s, they often take up teenage aspects of their chosen gender they missed out on? So things like wrist bands and denim overalls. Very oversized sweaters are also a trans staple when you’re not sure how you feel about your body. On the small frames, you’ve just discovered the fact that there’s actually a fair bit of fatphobia in femboy culture. As for the round faces, well you see, this is a cartoon and that is a particular art style people often use.

I literally have trans friends in their 30s who still dress exactly like this.
Edit: Fuck, even I’ve got a pair of overalls and sometimes wear them with my hair up in pigtails ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
